Delete Account & Data

You have the right to delete your Pulse account and all associated data at any time — instantly from the app, or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the Pulse app Log in to your account on iOS or Android.

Go to Profile → Settings Tap your profile icon (bottom right), then the settings icon (top right).

Scroll to "Danger Zone" → Delete Account Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all personal data are permanently and immediately deleted.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can't access the app, send us an email with your registered email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
