Delete Account & Data

You have the right to delete your Pulse account and all associated data at any time — instantly from the app, or by emailing us.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the Pulse app
Log in to your account on iOS or Android.

Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile icon (bottom right), then the settings icon (top right).

Scroll to "Danger Zone" → Delete Account
Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all personal data are permanently and immediately deleted.
Option 2 — Email request
If you can't access the app, send us an email with your registered email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.

When your account is deleted (via app or email request), the following is permanently removed:
- Your profile — name, username, bio, profile photo, location
- All posts and comments you created
- All direct messages and group chat messages
- Your matches, swipes, and dating preferences
- Likes, bookmarks, and reactions
- Push notification token
- Active login sessions and device history
What may be retained temporarily
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics — no personal identifiers — retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted
- Legal or fraud-prevention records — retained for up to 1 year only where required by applicable law

Name
Email address
Profile photo
Approximate location
Date of birth
In-app messages
Posts & comments
Device push token
IP address (sessions)
